EPSA Group in Madinah is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to lead safety initiatives across mining and heavy earthmoving activities. The role covers safety management plans, risk assessments, training, and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a technical diploma with HSE certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred), and have proven experience in mining or construction operations, with strong incident investigation skills.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or equivalent.
• HSE-related certifications (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, First Aid, Fire Safety).
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in mining, construction, or heavy earthmoving operations.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred.
• Pre-employment checks and medical exam as required.

Mansioni

• Support HSE management plans, SOPs, PTW systems, and SWIs.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement controls.
• Perform site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Deliver HSE inductions and training for site personnel.
• Maintain incident records and assist investigations.
• Support emergency response planning and training.
