Job summary

MAB Engineering Consultancy Company is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join a high-rise construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and strong site implementation skills.

The candidate should have 7+ years in civil/building construction, with at least 3 years in KSA or GCC, and experience with consultants. Proficiency in English and MS Office, plus ability to prepare HSE reports, risk assessments, and method statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• NEBOSH IGC or recognized HSE Diploma (approved by SCE).
• SCE membership – mandatory.
• First Aid certified.

MAB Engineering Consultancy Company is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join one of our high-rise construction projects in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field


• NEBOSH IGC or recognized HSE Diploma (approved by SCE)


• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) – mandatory


• First Aid Certified.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the civil / building construction industry


• At least 3 years’ experience in KSA or GCC in a similar HSE role


• Previous experience with a Consultant Company – mandatory


• Proven experience in high-rise / tall building projects, including working at height activities


• Experience in large-scale building projects (SAR 500M+ value) is an advantage

Skills

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and site implementation


• Good command of spoken and written English


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)


• Ability to prepare HSE reports, risk assessments, and method statements
