Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. seeks a data-driven HSE reporting lead to manage Enablon and Intelex platforms, ensuring data integrity, access control, and user effectiveness across projects.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, perform predictive analytics, and design digital tools that automate data workflows, delivering clear intelligence and auditable reporting to leadership.

Formación

• Recognized qualification in occupational health and safety, engineering, data analytics, or a relevant field.
• Professional safety qualification or certification suitable for the role's level and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated competence in HSE performance management, data assurance, and executive reporting.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and analytical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HSE management systems Enablon Intelex and digital platforms ensuring data integrity access control and user effectiveness.
• Establish robust data collection verification and quality assurance processes.
• Lead preparation verification and submission of HSE performance reports across Projects HSSEW.
• Develop Power BI dashboards predictive analytics and trend analysis providing clear intelligence for leadership.
• Design and implement fit-for-purpose digital tools automating data workflows and integrating multiple sources.
