Job summary

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of HSE Analyst in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support occupational health, safety and environmental performance through risk assessments, incident analysis, compliance monitoring and HSE reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace safety practices, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HSE performance indicators, incident trends and workplace safety data.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for operational activities.
• Monitor compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare periodic HSE dashboards, statistical reports and compliance documentation.
• Participate in workplace safety inspections, audits and corrective action tracking.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, supporting root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management practices and pollution prevention measures.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to improve safety performance.

Required Skills

Work Experience Requirements

Typical benchmark: 2–5 years in occupational health, safety and environmental compliance, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, construction or operational environment. Experience analyzing incident data, preparing HSE reports and participating in audits would be valuable.
