Job summary

Meena Health is seeking a hands-on HRIS Lead to own our HR system, guiding the full implementation journey from pre-implementation through go-live and managing system administration thereafter.

You will lead the HRIS implementation lifecycle, manage post-go-live administration, coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT, and train end-users while delivering HR reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, or IT.
• 5+ years of directly related HRIS experience.
• Hands-on Menaitech (or similar ERP) experience — pre-implementation through go-live and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage post-go-live administration: user access, troubleshooting, updates, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to align the system with business needs.
