Hatch is seeking an HR Coordinator in Riyadh to support HR operations and employee services across Saudi Arabia. You will manage onboarding, records, documentation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

Collaborating with managers, shared service teams, and external providers, you will deliver accurate HR services and maintain data integrity. Excellent communication and customer service are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
• Experience in multinational settings and Saudi labor practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and letters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with proper system transactions.
• Generate HR reports and personnel metrics as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity across HR processes.
