Job summary

Petrogen invites applications for a full-time Human Resources leader based at its Riyadh headquarters in Ishbiliyah District. The role oversees the HR function, driving recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance development while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

The successful candidate will design training and development programs, govern HR systems, and foster a strong corporate culture that supports growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in HR including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor and residency laws and regulations.
• Leadership in negotiation, decision-making, change management, and overcoming challenges.
• Technical skills in HR systems and ERPs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Institutionalizing and governing the HR system and overseeing its implementation in line with best practices
• Managing recruitment operations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Managing personnel affairs, including employee files, payroll, leave, and related matters
• Managing employee relations and supporting performance and growth
• Building and implementing training and professional development plans and programs
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as the company's internal policies
• Contributing to building a strong corporate culture and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• No less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor and residency (Iqama) laws and regulations
• Leadership skills in negotiation, decision-making, change management, and overcoming challenges
• Technical skills in HR systems and ERPs
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English
• A professional HR certification is preferred
