Job Summary

One of our clients is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support their HR team. The role covers payroll administration, government portal management, performance management, and employee training, while ensuring compliance with KSA labor laws and enhancing overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and offboarding.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage government portals (e.g., Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI).
  • Support performance management processes and identify training needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture initiatives.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
