Job summary

National Medical Care in Riyadh is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the shift by directing housekeeping staff and guaranteeing cleanliness across Riyadh Care and Housing facilities. You will ensure compliance with procedures and international standards, while coordinating with maintenance and supply teams.

The role requires leadership, English and Arabic communication skills, and a minimum five years in supervisory roles managing at least 50 staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate in any field is required.
• Certificate of Training in hospital operations is desirable.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff during the shift to ensure cleanliness of Riyadh Care and Housing premises.
• Ensure cleaning and decontamination processes follow approved procedures and international standards.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and shifting to cover all areas.
• Provide in-service training for new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with housekeeping storekeeper to ensure supply of chemicals and materials.
• Report incidents and participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct periodic quality improvement checks across housekeeping areas.
