Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of Sales to drive the hotel's sales and revenue strategy in Jeddah. You will lead a high-performing sales team, secure new business across corporate, leisure, and government segments, and foster strategic partnerships with clients and travel partners.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to optimize performance, prepare forecasts, and present results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality, including 2-3 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's annual sales and revenue strategy.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, government, and group segments.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, travel agents, and commercial partners.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize hotel performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and commercial procedures.
