Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• License or Certification: Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Carry equipment, operate shut-offs and valves, and maintain maintenance inventory.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on various equipment and building systems.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
