Job summary

Hilton is seeking an IT Manager to lead and deliver technology services across multiple hotel properties in Saudi Arabia. You’ll shape IT strategy, oversee projects, and ensure smooth operations that support guest experiences.

You will manage network, systems security, and service delivery, lead a high‑performing team, and collaborate with property leadership to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of network, security, and IT operations.
• Ability to align IT with business goals and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implement initiatives across properties.
• Enhance system performance and security of LAN and servers.
• Resolve technical issues and provide training.
• Ensure HTN standards compliance and backups.
• Lead major system projects: Wi-Fi, PBX, POS and server refreshes.
• Support hotel operations and minimize downtime.
• Inspire, train, and mentor team members.
