• Proven leadership experience managing hotel operations and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Strategic thinker with ability to design and implement sales, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• People development: ability to mentor, recruit, and develop managerial talent.
• Excellent communicator, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with employees, guests, owners, and asset managers.
• Proactive in selling, marketing, and merchandising hotel activities.
• Solid understanding of financial management to drive profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Creating and establishing the property: define target markets, craft business strategies, bring the hotel net plan to life.
• Designing winning strategies: drive profitability with innovative sales, pricing, distribution, and yielding strategies.
• Operational mastery: hands-on leadership ensuring smooth hotel operations and attention to detail.
• Setting systems and controls: implement systems for seamless operations across departments.
• Developing key managerial positions: mentor and develop leadership talent within budget parameters.
• Fostering relations: build positive relations with guests, employees, owners and asset managers.
• Proactive selling and marketing: lead in selling and marketing the hotel’s portfolio of activities.
• Building partnerships: cultivate close relationships with owners and asset managers.
