Rotana Jabal Omar is seeking a passionate and dynamic Commercial Director to lead, manage and develop the hotel’s commercial activities, including Sales, Revenue and Marketing. The role focuses on maximizing resources and achieving sales targets across hotels in the region.

You will drive the execution of the commercial strategy, mentor sales teams, and coordinate campaigns while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines to maximize revenue and market presence.

Aufgaben

• Lead full commercial strategy execution, for all hotels, across all segments as well as catering sales.
• Plan, build and implement sales and commercial strategies and guide sales development from existing and new markets.
• Manage and coordinate successful execution of new hotel openings within the region
• Coach mentor motivate the sales teams and support sales trainings in accordance with corporate strategies
• Ensure hotel revenues and sales expense budgets are achieved by year end for the hotel.
• Coordinate in conjunction with the Head of Sales any tactical campaigns for hotels in the region and ensure they are executed following corporate polices and guidelines
• Collaborate with hotel commercial teams to create and monitor strategies to maximize revenue versus hotel budget.
• Undertake monthly commercial reviews of each hotel and office
• Monitor sales production, run periodical analysis meetings / calls with the sales and revenue teams, and adjust their activities to maximize their efforts in order to guarantee market coverage, that ensures achieving area targets as well as brand awareness
• Identify key accounts able to generate business to multiple properties in the country and internationally
• Liaise with the Area Director of Revenue to maximize opportunities and represent are properties in Trade Shows and engagements.
