SWOT Hospitality is looking for Hostess – Upscale Restaurant MykOrini - Jeddah that will be situated in Rixos Murjana Saudi.

Position: Hostess
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Hostess is the first point of contact for our restaurant and plays a crucial role in creating a positive initial impression. This position requires professionalism, composure, and outstanding guest service skills. The ideal candidate should be polished, attentive, and adept at managing reservations and guest flow in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations using an electronic reservation system eg: Seven Rooms.
  • Maintain accurate wait times and communicate them clearly to guests.
  • Coordinate table assignments with servers and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus with proper dining etiquette.
  • Accommodate special requests and note guest preferences.
  • Answer phones with proper etiquette and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished host stand and entry area.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards of appearance, service, and hospitality.
  • Assist in creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
