Job summary

Gathern | جاذر إن is seeking a Host Relations Specialist to ensure a positive hosting experience. You will onboard new hosts, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance to optimize listings and profiles while acting as a mediator in conflicts between hosts and guests.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations, stay current with hosting trends, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with our hosts. A client-focused, organized communicator will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Positive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our hosts, being their main point of contact.
• Onboard new hosts and provide support in setting up their listings and managing their profiles.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide guidance and resources.
• Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or issues between hosts and guests.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in host relations.
