• Generate and convert new business through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and profitability
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives
• Lead end-to-end sales process from proposals and site visits to contract negotiations tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
• Coordinate booking details including room, food & beverage, and meeting space, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information in the sales system
