Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest or team member work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues for follow-up.
