Job summary

Initial Facilities Management is seeking dedicated Hospital Cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic healthcare environment in line with hospital standards and infection control procedures.

You will clean and sanitize patient areas, follow infection prevention guidelines, handle cleaning materials safely, dispose of waste properly, and report maintenance or safety issues while working flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitization, and infection control procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, corridors, waiting areas, and other hospital facilities.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment safely.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to hospital policies.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance or safety issues.
