Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Riyadh seeks an experienced Housekeeping Specialist to oversee all cleaning operations for a prestigious facility. The role focuses on maintaining pristine environments while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

You will conduct inspections, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements through audits and training records, coordinating with service providers and FMMA teams to meet KPIs and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cleaning operations management.
• Experience managing large-scale or high-profile facilities such as government buildings corporate HQs or premium properties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning operations grooming standards and BICSc methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect all cleaning services to ensure contractual standards and KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare inspection reports highlighting quality issues and corrective actions.
• Review cleaning schedules to ensure coverage and FMMA alignment.
• Supervise housekeeping staff performance through service providers and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee specialized cleaning works including façade cleaning, floor polishing, carpet shampooing and deep cleaning.
• Verify consumables and chemical usage reports for cost-effective quality.
• Review method statements, risk assessments and training records submitted by service providers.
• Coordinate with clients, FMMA operations teams and service providers for issue resolution and improvements.
• Participate in meetings with FMMA teams to report performance challenges and plans.
• Support sustainability initiatives including waste segregation and recycling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect all cleaning services to ensure service providers meet contractual standards service frequencies and agreed KPIs
• Conduct regular audits and prepare inspection reports highlighting service quality non-compliance issues and corrective actions
• Review and verify daily weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage aligned with FMMA requirements
• Supervise housekeeping staff performance through service provider channels and recommend improvements when necessary
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health safety and environmental standards with correct materials and equipment usage
• Oversee specialized cleaning works including fa ade cleaning floor polishing carpet shampooing and deep cleaning activities
• Verify consumables and chemical usage reports to ensure cost-effective consumption without compromising quality
• Review method statements risk assessments and training records submitted by service providers
• Coordinate with clients FMMA operations teams and service providers for issue resolution and service enhancements
• Participate in meetings with FMMA teams and client representatives to report on cleaning performance challenges and improvement plans
• Support sustainability initiatives including waste segregation and recycling programs while ensuring compliance with all FMMA operational and safety policies

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cleaning operations management
• Experience managing large-scale or high-profile facilities such as government buildings corporate headquarters or premium commercial properties
• Bachelor s degree in Administration Hospitality or related discipline required
• BICSc certification essential
• Additional FM certifications strongly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning operations grooming standards and BICSc methodologies
• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment materials and chemical applications
• Strong understanding of quality assurance safety compliance and environmental regulations
• Excellent inspection reporting and communication skills
