Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking a Saudi-national Integration Developer / Integration Operations Engineer to join a healthcare IT team. You will manage and monitor healthcare interfaces, ensuring reliable data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and Mirth Connect.

The role requires hands-on experience, deep troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with DevOps and DBA teams to maintain end-to-end data flows in hospital and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required.
• 4+ years of hands-on integration experience.
• Experience with Mirth Connect or similar integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 and FHIR healthcare data standards.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with message queues and monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Mirth Connect channels and message queues across environments.
• Perform message reprocessing, error handling, and troubleshooting for failed interfaces.
• Investigate integration issues and support timely resolution to maintain system stability and reliability.
• Support the onboarding of new integrations and assist developers with interface deployment.
• Work with DevOps and DBA teams to maintain end-to-end data flow.
• Monitor integration performance and identify issues affecting message processing and interface reliability.
• Document integration procedures, channel configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement of integration operations and healthcare data exchange processes.
