Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Trainer to develop and deliver practical training for field service teams and customers on PGSV portfolio equipment and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical/mechanical background, with 5+ years in technical or field service roles involving high

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical or field service role, ideally with high voltage equipment.
• Familiarity with high voltage equipment such as breakers, GIS, GCBs, PASS, disconnectors, power quality equipment or digital stations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver technical training on PGSV portfolio equipment and safety protocols.
• Lead and deliver training sessions for internal teams and external customers.
• Oversee the certification process for field service personnel.
• Maintain a state-of-the-art Service Academy and its equipment.
• Prepare and update comprehensive training documentation and bulletins.
• Provide expert technical support and advice to field service teams.
• Collaborate with business units to align training with company strategy.
• Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals.
