Job summary

Zoomlion Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Specialist for heavy equipment in Riyadh. You will drive sales of excavators, loaders, cranes, and more by identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships with contractors and industrial clients to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Arabic and English. Travel to client sites and exhibitions is expected, with strong negotiation and CRM skills welcomed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations and equipment demonstrations, highlighting technical specifications, performance, and value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing and policies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure smooth equipment delivery, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and contract terms with clients within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's product line.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Stay updated on new equipment models, industry regulations, and financing/leasing options relevant to the construction sector.
