Eram Talent is seeking a Health Quality Specialist to join KAUST Health in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and governance across departments and supporting clinical quality assurance initiatives and accreditation efforts.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality frameworks, leading audits, promoting patient safety, and ensuring regulatory adherence with JCI and CBAHI, while collaborating with nursing teams and other

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a medical-related specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience.
• At least 3 years in quality, governance, or accreditation roles.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia healthcare environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and governance.
• Direct experience with JCI, CBAHI, or similar accreditation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee clinical quality assurance initiatives and frameworks.
• Create and revise policies to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Ensure compliance with JCI, CBAHI across departments.
• Conduct internal audits, performance assessments, and safety walks.
• Analyze audit findings and KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Support RCA and incident investigation processes.
• Collaborate with School Health Office and nursing teams.
• Engage stakeholders to promote quality and contract compliance.
• Oversee quality control at related centers and audits.
