BD is seeking a Business Support to provide operational and administrative support to the UCC Urology and Critical Care leadership in Riyadh. This role will manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics while ensuring compliance with BD policies and SOPs.

You will coordinate professional educational meetings, workshops, and training programs, liaise with stakeholders, and support business planning and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setup.
• Strong communication skills in English with advanced MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the VP and UCC leadership team.
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate professional educational meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Manage hub activities, compliance-related requests and approvals, and maintain documentation for audits.
