Job summary

King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz University Hospital is seeking an Inventory Monitoring Manager to oversee the movement and custody of hospital items within warehouses, emergency rooms and workshops on site in Riyadh. You will manage automated system records, settlements, and periodic reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Material Management or related field with 9+ years of experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Management or related field.
• 9 years of experience in relevant area.
• Master’s degree in Material Management or related field (preferred).
• 7 years of experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Control movement of items in warehouses and related areas.
• Record settlements and maintain custody and item control cards.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations and data extraction for inventories.
• Prepare reports on deficits, surpluses and annual needs.
