Gulf Workforce seeks an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospitality operations across Riyadh-based hospitals, with support for facilities in Makkah and Jeddah as required.

The role focuses on maintaining high patient experience, hygiene, and service standards, while leading diverse hospitality teams and coordinating with external service providers to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management within healthcare organizations or large hospital operations.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-site facilities and manage external contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hospitality operations across Riyadh hospitals and coordinate with Makkah/Jeddah facilities as needed.
• Ensure high patient experience standards, cleanliness, housekeeping, and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs, audit compliance with HSE and accreditation requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
