Job summary

Client of Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee hospital hospitality operations in Riyadh and provide operational support for facilities in Makkah and Jeddah as needed.

The role emphasizes patient experience, housekeeping hygiene, QHSE, and service quality across multiple healthcare facilities, with leadership of hospitality teams and external contractors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Hospital Management, or related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multi-site operations in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality operations across Riyadh hospitals and supporting sites in Makkah and Jeddah.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and patient experience standards across facilities.
• Monitor KPIs, quality audits, and accreditation activities; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with hospital management and external service providers; budget support and cost optimization.
