Job summary

Procurement Hub is seeking a Facilities Management Manager to lead FM strategy development, operating models, governance, SOPs, and performance systems for healthcare facilities.

You will drive FM transformation, translate strategies into practical capabilities, and ensure compliant service delivery, asset performance, and cost efficiency. 5–7 years in facilities operation is required, with a mechanical/Facilities Eng. background and CMMS/CAFM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or facilities engineering.
• IFMA/CFM certification preferred.
• 5–7 years in facilities operation and maintenance.
• Healthcare facilities management experience.
• CMMS/CAFM implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop FM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Design TOMs with organizational structures, roles, and governance.
• Document and standardize FM policies, SOPs, work instructions, and process maps.
• Lead the implementation of FM strategies from design to operations.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Develop and implement FM frameworks.
• Support CMMS/CAFM and enterprise asset management platforms.
• Establish contractor performance management frameworks, including SLAs and KPIs.
