Job summary

Innovaccer in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines powering AI-driven healthcare solutions across the Kingdom.

You will work with HL7, FHIR, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse), collaborating with data scientists and clinical teams to deliver reliable data products.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and CI/CD practices, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on data engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Spark or Kafka and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and optimize scalable data models in cloud warehouses.
• Collaborate with data scientists and clinical teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and monitoring across pipelines.
• Work with HL7/FHIR to integrate healthcare data across systems.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Participate in code reviews and cross-functional sprint planning.
