Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Jeddah. The Head Waiter will oversee and manage dining operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage service. They will coordinate with the kitchen team, manage table assignments, and handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Additionally, the Head Waiter will assist in training team members and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.


Qualifications


  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns effectively.

  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to oversee and maintain high dining standards.

  • Basic understanding or experience in Cooking is a plus to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and meet guest expectations.

  • Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
