The role covers strategic leadership of curricular delivery, quality improvements, staff development, and HR processes, with a focus on driving performance and retention across new colleges.

Competenze

• Education management experience, preferably in a vocational training institution.
• Degree-qualified with further education qualifications.
• Native English speaker.
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Practical with commercial acumen and ability to motivate people.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic & tactical leadership and planning of curricular areas across the operation.
• Develop and disseminate best practice to enhance student experience and achievement.
• Assess teaching quality, mentor course teams and individuals to extend pedagogical range.
• Identify training needs and design CPD for teaching staff.
• Manage the teaching staff training budget.
• Oversee teaching activities, curriculum development, HR processes, quality improvements and general administration.
