The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales management experience and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers. The Head of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales and promotion strategy for the assigned country and supporting Everllence regionally. The position holder is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, define the target order intake, sales budget, fostering sales leads and providing support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Represent and promote Everllence products and services to clients.
  • Identify customer needs, generate leads, and address technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors and maintain contacts with suppliers and authorities.
  • Manage order intake, revenue planning, and sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to grow the region, increase market share, and capture new business opportunities.
  • Communicate product developments and advantages to the market.
  • Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and technical requests.
  • Manage bids, contracts, service agreements, and negotiations.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Develop marketing plans and sales pipelines in coordination with HQ.
  • Travel to customer locations and participate in events and exhibitions.
  • Oversee budget, expenses, and payment collections.
  • Serve as primary contact from initial customer engagement to contract signing.
  • Lead the sales department and oversee the sales process.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

  • Seasoned sales management experience with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the same industry
  • Communication skills, Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of the local market and MAN’s products and services
  • Detailed understanding of business both technical and commercial
  • Maintaining and building relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the business
  • Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (university) or equivalent technical background.
  • Commercial Background preferably MBA will be considered additional qualification
