Jasara Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an accomplished Quality Director to lead the Quality Department across large-scale infrastructure programs. You will define quality strategy, governance, and ensure alignment with ISO standards and client requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in quality leadership, a strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement, and report on KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading quality functions within large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO standards, audit processes, and quality governance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams and supporting major project delivery.
• Strong understanding of quality planning, compliance management, risk management, and performance improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Quality Department, setting quality strategies, objectives, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, procedures, and standards.
• Establish quality assurance and quality control processes across projects and business functions.
• Oversee quality audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and performance assessments.
• Monitor quality KPIs, trends, risks, and improvement initiatives through reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project quality teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and international best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and corrective/preventive action programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and project stakeholders to identify quality risks and mitigation strategies.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.
