Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of quality management experience in large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional quality and project teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within complex program environments.
• Ability to work effectively with project directors, client representatives, regulators, contractors, and senior leadership.
• An advanced degree in engineering or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 9001, internal or external audit programs, CAPA, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.

In this role you will provide senior leadership for quality across major infrastructure and social development programs, helping ensure that quality is embedded as a core driver of delivery excellence.
