Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Head of QA in Saudi Arabia to define automated testing strategies, oversee performance and stress testing, and ensure defect-free transaction processing across remittance channels.

The role requires fintech/remittance experience and expertise in Selenium or Cypress, with the ability to integrate QA into CI/CD alongside Development, DevOps, and Product teams. On-site position with a 6-month probation and potential permanent conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in QA within fintech/remittance/digital banking.
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume transaction systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation.
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems.
• Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation.
• Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability.
