Job summary

Saudi Networkers Services is seeking an experienced QA Lead to guide the testing team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test plans and automated suites. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery within a contract framework.

The role requires strong automation expertise, knowledge of Selenium/JUnit/TestNG, and proficiency in CI/CD practices, API testing, and cloud/docker ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in QA with at least 2 years in automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and Java/C#.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and understanding of financial services/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues with developers to resolve.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don’t impact existing functionality.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
