Job summary

A prominent technology firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Head of QA to ensure quality across their remittance platform. This role requires expertise in automation testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress, and strong leadership in fintech environments. The ideal candidate will mentor QA teams, implement testing strategies, and ensure defect-free transactions. Candidates must reside in KSA or be GCC nationals suitable for on-site work. This position offers a probation period with potential for permanent conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms.
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume financial transaction systems.
• Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices.
• Leadership experience, with ability to guide and mentor high-performing QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation.
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems.
• Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation.
• Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability.
