Job summary

Al Rajhi Company For Ironworks & Decoration is seeking a Civil Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will design and analyze construction projects, measure and monitor project plans, and assess environmental impacts. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and a degree in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera and MS Project, is essential. Ideal candidates will have exposure to the construction planning sector and the ability to work independently within multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years and above of relevant experience.
• Experience in the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Good knowledge of planning and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design / survey & analysis of construction projects
• Measuring, Directing and Monitoring project plans during each project phase.
• Assessing the environmental impact to the project (Risk).
• Drawing up Blueprints using project management software.
• Preparing bids for tenders.
• Ensuring plans meet the client specifications.

Experience

2 years and above.

Qualifications

• DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

IT Skills

• MS Office: Word, Excel and Access.
• Primavera 2 and advanced.
• Ms Project an added advantage.

Skills

• Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of projects in Process industry from “Concept to Commissioning Stage”.
• Should have good working knowledge of Design, Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and Construction / field services work flow processes.
• Should have the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Exposure to construction planning work is desirable.
• The persons working in consultancy firms are preferred.
