Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations for a multi-branch restaurant business in Saudi Arabia. You will lead Area and Branch Managers, drive profitability, and build scalable systems across locations, with a strong focus on dashboards, data, and automation.

You will work directly with the CEO, overseeing pricing, promotions, and new service opportunities while turning operational challenges into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. A hands-on, high-ownership leader is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years in operations or business management with multi-location leadership.
Experience managing managers, accountability, and performance improvement.
Proven track record in improving processes, service quality and profitability.
Strong understanding of gP&L, budgeting, costs, margins and unit economics.
Comfortable with data, dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets, and digital tools.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on when required and able to own initiatives end-to-end.
Experience launching, scaling, or turning around a branch/brand/service.
Experience growing delivery operations via platforms or websites is a plus.
Business development, partnerships, or sales exposure is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation or operational turnarounds is a plus.
Ability to work with ambiguity and drive practical solutions.
Ability to build capable managers and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and improve performance across multiple branches through Area and Branch Managers.
Establish clear roles, standards, decision rights, audits, and routines.
Increase visibility into service, delivery, staffing, revenue, costs and unit economics.
Coach managers to own their areas and reduce escalations.
Own the online customer journey from discovery to retention.
Develop pricing, promotions and budgets to support growth while protecting margins.
Identify opportunities to reduce leakage and bottlenecks.
Turn opportunities into practical operating plans and pilots.
Build relationships with merchants, delivery partners and service providers.
Support hiring, onboarding and development as expansion continues.
Use AI tools, dashboards, automation and digital workflows to improve processes.
Translate business problems into requirements for tech teams and validate outcomes.
Establish a strong first-90-day foundation with dashboards, workflows and a growth roadmap.
