Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects in the Oil & Energy industry.
• 3+ years of managerial experience or team leader experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
• Lead the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
• Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of the shutdown.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
