Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior architecture leader to drive the design strategy for luxury hospitality assets in the Kingdom. You will define hotel concepts, lead consultants, and ensure design integrity from development brief to endorsed design direction.

The role requires 15+ years in hospitality architecture, strong leadership, and ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary teams while aligning with Operator visions and ESG priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
15+ years of architectural design experience with a strong hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural definition of hotel concepts from development to approved design direction.
Oversee consultants, ensuring design integrity and governance approvals.
Drive visualisation and CGI strategy aligned with design narratives.
Provide governance to design management teams across delivery stages.
Lead design coordination across architecture, interiors, landscape and technical disciplines.
Guide value engineering and sustainability, embedding ESG priorities.
