leading-edge is seeking an experienced Head of Financial Lines to oversee D&O, PI, Crime, and Cyber insurance products in Riyadh. You will drive profitability, manage regional operations, and lead high-performing teams across MENA and Africa.

The role requires a senior leadership background in Financial Lines underwriting and a track record of strategic growth and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Financial Lines underwriting.
• Strong technical knowledge of Financial Lines products and policy wordings.
• Significant leadership experience in complex underwriting environments.
• Regional operations management experience in MENA and Africa.
