Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking a Division Head - Expediting in Saudi Arabia to lead expediting activities, review POs, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services in line with contracts and policies. The role requires strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle), extensive experience in expediting/procurement within heavy industry, and leadership capabilities to guide the expediting team toward schedule integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
12–18 years of relevant experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain roles, with exposure to leadership or supervisory capacity within a shipyard, marine, EPC, or heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Verify supplier acknowledgment of Purchase Orders and assess feasibility of promised delivery dates.
Develop expediting strategies and follow-up plans for critical Purchase Orders.
Advise Purchasing team on preferred Incoterms and payment milestone structures.
Coordinate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting, logistics arrangements, payments, and OSD closure.
Lead, mentor, and develop the expediting team.
