Job summary

Client of Inoh People Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks a Fully accountable leader overseeing Formwork Engineering and Product Management across the business. Based in Riyadh, you will lead the Engineering department, plan workforce, and partner with the Country Manager on strategic decisions while visiting remote offices across the region.

You will collaborate with Sales to visit clients on major projects, travel to Mecca/Medina and further afield, and bring extensive formwork expertise, strong

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering background in formwork.
• Degree level education in an engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia, Mecca/Medina.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to find the most suitable designs for projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and manage the Engineering department including workforce planning and performance management across remote offices from Riyadh.
• Act as a key business partner to the Country Manager on strategic and operational decisions.
• Regular travel to remote offices in Egypt, India and across Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with Sales to visit clients on major projects to offer solutions and ensure delivery of Engineering requirements.
