Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in formwork engineering with leadership in multi-project environments.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Provide economical, safe, and practical formwork solutions.
• Supervise project deadlines and deliverables including designs and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams and Instructors on technical issues.
• Lead customer interactions, meetings, workshops and site visits to communicate proposals.
