You will oversee dashboards and analytics, mentor talent, and collaborate with executives to translate data insights into strategic decisions. A strong background in data architecture and emerging technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Lead enterprise‑wide data initiatives with integration across BI, analytics and data infrastructure.
• Champion a data‑driven culture by promoting analytics in decision‑making across units.
• Oversee the design, development and delivery of dashboards, reports and visualizations.
• Guide advanced analytics models and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Ensure robust architecture and governance of data warehouses and data lakes.
• Act as liaison between data function and business stakeholders for alignment.
• Translate complex data concepts for executive decision making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
