Job summary

Tahaluf, in partnership with LIONS Riyadh and the Saudi Ministry of Media, seeks a Head of Content to shape the Festival's creative direction and editorial standards. You will curate experiences, attract top CMOs, brands and talent to Riyadh, and weave content, culture and commerce into a cohesive festival journey.

The role requires strategic vision, editorial judgement, and strong leadership of a diverse content team, with responsibilities spanning storytelling, formats, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant experience in conference production, including delegate sales knowledge.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy and direction for LIONS Riyadh.
• Develop and curate the programme across creativity, marketing, media and culture.
• Build and manage speaker strategy with global and regional leaders.
• Manage the content budget and related expenditures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Commercial and Partnerships teams to enhance audience reach.
