Job summary

Alqotr is seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager in Riyadh to oversee all financial data, ensure accuracy, and enforce accounting standards. This role requires leadership of the finance function and ongoing adherence to approved policies.

You will lead AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and the month-/year-end closing, preparing financial statements and coordinating audits to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing AR, AP, GL, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ability to implement internal controls and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate recording.
• Lead AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings and financial statements.
• Ensure revenue recognition in compliance with policies.
• Manage internal controls and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal audit.
• Allocate tasks, monitor KPIs, and develop the team.
