Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and compliance. The role requires hands-on experience with general accounting activities and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities include journal entries, GL maintenance, reconciliations, month-end close, and assisting audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Perform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable balances and follow up on outstanding items.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
